Update: NQESH exam has been postponed to January 12, 2014.
The 2013 DepEd Principals Test will be administered through National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP) on December 8. Deped announced this through Memorandum No. 32 series of 2013.
The 2013 Principals’ Test is open to all aspirants for Principal I position and all applicants under the Reclassification of School Heads Position as required under Deped Order No. 97 series of 2011.
Qualifications for aspirants will be at least five years of aggregate experience as head teacher, teacher-in-charge, master teacher and teacher III.

- School Management and Daily Operations
- Personal Integrity and Interpersonal Sensitivity

The time alloted for Principals exam will be 4 hours.
All aspirants can secure a copy of application form from division offices or download from Deped official website as soon as it is made available. Filing will be at the division offices where the applicant belongs. Deadline for filing of applications will be on November 4, 2013.
Registration/Test fee is at P850.00 to be collected by NEAP Regional Testing Center.

The following exam centers will administer the Principals’ Test on December 8, 2013 at 8:00AM to 12:00NN.
All examinees from ARMM can file their application forms and take the Principal exam in Regions 9, 10, 11, 12 and Caraga.
