Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has already determined and fixed the Schedule of Board Exams for 2013, with the deadline of filing of applications and test center locations for each profession.
In a resolution entitled Schedule of Licensure Examination for Year 2012 issued on November 12, 2012, PRC posted the following schedules:

For my friends who are about to take the nursing board exam next year, the NLE 2013 schedule is on July 6 and 6, 2013 and December 15 and 16, 2013.
LET exam 2013 is scheduled on March 10 and September 29, 2013.
